Cal State LA Athletics

2018: Had a second strong season in her final year with the program. Appeared in 14 games with 13 starts. Played a total of 939 minutes. Had one assist on a second-half goal from Kimberly Surio in a 1-0 win at Cal State Dominguez Hills on Oct. 13. For her career, appeared in 31 games with 30 starts. Played a total of 2,227 minutes. Had one goal and two assists for four points.

2017: Made a big impact for the Golden Eagles in her junior season and earned All-California Collegiate Athletic Association honorable mention. Started all 17 games for Cal State LA and was fifth on the team in minutes played with 1,288. Had one goal and one assist for a total of three points. Scored Cal State LA’s goal in a 1-1 tie at Cal State Dominguez Hills on Oct. 11. Had an assist on a goal from Paulina Chaidez in a 2-0 win at Cal State San Bernardino on Sept. 15.

2016: Did not compete for the Golden Eagles and was a redshirt.

At Chaffey College: Earned first-team All-Conference both years.

At La Sierra High School: Was a captain of her team as a senior and was Offensive Player of the Year all four years in high school. Earned first-team All-League honors all four years and played varsity all four years.

Personal: Daughter of Anna Ramirez. Majoring in sociology. Enjoys playing soccer, going to the beach, watching Netflix, riding horses and hanging out with Jay. Lists playing with the Cal South ODP team for five years and the US regional team for one year as her most exciting experiences in sports.
