Cal State LA Athletics

2017: Returned  to Cal State LA and was a key player in her second and final season with the Golden Eagles. Appeared in 17 games with 13 starts. Played a total of 1,113 minutes. Had one goal and two points. Scored the game-tying goal in the first half of a 1-1 tie with Point Loma on Sept. 12. Played a career-high 110 minutes in a 1-1 tie at Cal State Dominguez Hills on Oct. 11. For her career, appeared in 35 games with 14 starts for the Golden Eagles. Played a total of  2,047 minutes. Had one goal and one assist for three points.

At Cerritos College: Was part of a state championship team as a sophomore at Cerritos in 2016. Had 14 goals and nine assists and earned second-team All-Conference honors.

2015: Appeared in 18 games with one start for Cal State LA as freshman. Played a total of 934 minutes. Had one assist on a goal by Victoria Arredondo in a 2-0 win over Cal State San Marcos on Oct. 2. Made her first career start at Azusa Pacific on Sept. 12. 

At Mayfair High School: Was the school’s Female Athlete of the Year after competing in soccer and track and field in high school. Earned first-team All-League honors three times and second-team All-League honors once. Earned first-team All-CIF honors twice and second-team All-CIF honors twice. Was a two-year varsity captain and led the team in scoring twice. Was a two-year team Most Valuable Player and a member of the Long Beach Press Telegram’s “Dream Team” twice.

Personal: Daughter of Miguel and Rita Villalobos. Majoring in public health. Enjoys reading, sleeping, drawing and painting. reading, swimming, drawing and painting. Lists winning the state and national championship at Cerritos College and getting a huge ring as her most exciting experience in sports.
