2008: Saw increased playing time for the Golden Eagles in her second and final season with the program. Appeared in nine games and played a total of 149 minutes. Had one assist for one point. Picked up an assist on a goal by Gabbi Segall in the 65th minute of a 2-1 win at Cal State Monterey Bay on Oct. 10. Played a career-high 43 minutes in a 0-0 tie against Texas A&M Commerce on Sept. 4. For her career, appeared in 11 games and played a total of 168 minutes. Had one goal and one assist for three points.

2007: Saw some action late in the season in her first year with the Golden Eagles and made it pay off. In the first game of her Cal State L.A. career, notched a goal in the Golden Eagles’ 4-0 win over Cal State Monterey Bay. Listed as a goalkeeper, played as a midfielder in two games for the Golden Eagles, a 4-0 win over Cal State Monterey Bay on Oct. 28 and a 1-0 victory over Cal State San Bernardino on Oct. 29.

At Santa Monica College: Was the team Most Valuable Player in 2004 and earned second-team All-Conference honors in 2005. Team set a new standard for most wins.

At Manual Arts High School: Competed in soccer, volleyball and softball. Was a team Most Valuable Player and the school’s Athlete of the Year.

Personal: Daughter of Abel and Dora Ramirez. Majoring in health science. Lists scoring a goal to tie a playoff game as a high-school freshman in the last five minutes of the game as her most exciting experience in sports.
