Cal State LA Athletics

2008: Had a second strong season for the Golden Eagles in her second and final year with the program. Appeared in 15 games and started three times. Played a total of 393 minutes. Had one goal and one assist for three points. Scored a goal in the final minute of the first half of a 4-1 win over Chico State on Oct. 3. Made her first start for Cal State L.A. at Cal State San Marcos on Aug. 29. Also started and played 31 minutes in a 0-0 tie with Texas A&M Commerce on Sept. 4 and started and played a season-high 90 minutes against Cal State Dominguez Hills on Sept. 21. Picked up an assist on a goal by Janet De La O in that contest.

2007: Made an immediate impact for the Golden Eagles as a freshman. Appeared in 13 games and earned valuable playing time. Saw game time in Cal State L.A.’s two California Collegiate Athletic Association Championship Tournament games and the Golden Eagles’ three NCAA Division II playoff contests. Made her Cal State L.A. debut and played 36 minutes at Cal State Dominguez Hills on Sept. 21.

At Oceanside High School: Earned All-Avocado League first-team honors and was the Most Valuable Player on the varsity team. Also earned Forward of the Year and Defender of the Year honors during her career and earned four varsity letters. Earned first-team All-League honors three times and second-team honors once. Was a member of the Oceanside High School Honor Roll and the CIF All-Academic team. Was also an Avocado League All-Star.

Personal: Daughter of Gary and Patricia Wallace. Majoring in psychology. Enjoys golfing, dancing and playing soccer. Was a member of a State Cup championship team in 2005. Lists reaching the NCAA Division II Far-West Regional Championship game as her most exciting experience in sports.
