Cal State LA Athletics

2013: Had an outstanding season for the Golden Eagles in his one year with the program. Was part of Cal State L.A.'s 4x400 relay team that won a California Collegiate Athletic Association championship. The 4x400 relay team also qualified for nationals and finished 10th in the nation. Also earned All-West Region honors in that event. Finished fourth in the CCAA in the 200 and 400. Had best times of 21.73 in the 200 and 49.14 in the 400.

At Santiago Canyon College: Set a new school record in the 200 meters with a time of 21.90 and also ran the 400 meters. Ran a 48.1 split in the second leg of the 4x400 relay.

At Tustin High School: Competed in basketball and track and field. Ran the 100, 200 and 400 meters. Won two Century League championships as a senior in the 200 and the 400. Had a winning time of 49.45 in the 400.

Personal: Son of Leonard Stanley, Jr. and Marie Rowland and was raised by Livingstone Rowland. Majoring in criminal justice. Enjoys reading, listening to music and dancing. Lists double medaling in high school as his most exciting experience in sports.
