2013: Had a second outstanding season with the Golden Eagles in his final year with the program. Finished second in the 110 hurdles at the California Collegiate Athletic Association Championships to earn all-conference honors. Also finished fifth in the 400 hurdles. Had best marks of 14.71 in the 110 hurdles and 53.07 in the 400 hurdles. Earned All-West Region honors in both events. Also had a best time of 51.41 in the 400. Earned All-Academic honors from the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association for a second straight year. For his career, had best marks of 51.41 in the 400, 14.36 in the 110 hurdles and 52.15 in the 400 hurdles.

2012: Had a tremendous first season with the Golden Eagles. Won a total of three California Collegiate Athletic Association championships and was named the CCAA Newcomer of the Year. Qualified for the NCAA Championships in the 400 hurdles and ran in a preliminary heat. Won conference titles in the 110 hurdles and 400 hurdles and was part of Cal State L.A.’s conference-champion 4x400 relay team. Earned All-West Region honors in all three events. Had best times of 14.36 in the 110 hurdles and 52.15 in the 400 hurdles. Also earned All-Academic honors from the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association. Was a Billie Jean King Scholarship Award recipient.

At College of the Canyons: Had best times of 14.52 in the 110 hurdles and 53.76 in the 400 hurdles. Also ran a 51.51 in the 400 meters.

At West Ranch High School: Competed in track and field. Won the Foothill League 300 hurdles championship.

Personal: Son of Donna Harmon. Majoring in business. Enjoys sports, hiking and relaxing. Lists running at the state meet as his most exciting experience in sports.
