Cal State LA Athletics

2017: Had a second strong season for the Golden Eagles in his final year with the program. Had the team's best mark in the hammer throw with a throw of 159-8. Finished sixth in the California Collegiate Athletic Association in that event. For his career, had best marks of 164-5 in the hammer throw and 117-1 in the discus.

2016: Had an outstanding first season with the Golden Eagles. Had the team’s best mark in the hammer throw with a toss of 164-5. Also had a best mark of 117-1 in the discus. Finished ninth in the California Collegiate Athletic Association in the hammer.

At Cerritos College: Won a conference championship in 2013 and placed fourth in the conference in 2013  and 2014.

At John F. Kennedy High School (Guam): School is located in Tamuning, Guam. Won the All-Island championship in the discus as a senior. Competed in track and field for four years and also competed in soccer, rugby, basketball and cross country.

Personal: Son of Thanh Cong Do and Hong Thi Trinh. Majoring in exercise science. Enjoys basketball, reading, photography and scuba diving.  Lists taking first place in the All-Island Championships in the discus as his most exciting experience in sports.
