Biography

2020: Ran well for the Golden Eagles in his fourth year with the program before the season was halted in his final year with the program. Had best marks of 11.69 in the 100 meters, 23.05 in the 200 and 51.27 in the 400. For his career, had best marks of 11.10 in the 100, 22.13 in the 200 and 49.93 in the 400.

2019: Had his best season yet for the Golden Eagles as a junior. Was part of Cal State LA’s 4x100 relay team that placed second at the California Collegiate Athletic Association Championships and earned all-conference honors. Was also on the 4x400 relay team that placed sixth. Was 11th in the 200 and 14th in the 100 in the conference meet. Had best marks of 11.10 in the 100, 22.30 in the 200 and 50.71 in the 400.

2018: Had a second solid season with the Golden Eagles. Had best marks of 22.54 in the 200 and 50.05 in the 400. Competed in the prelims of the 200 and 400 at the CCAA Championships.

2017: Had a strong first season with the Golden Eagles. Was part of the 4x100 relay team that placed third in the CCAA Championships. Had best marks of 11.15 in the 100, 22.13 in the 200 and 49.93 in the 400. Had the team’s best mark in the 400.

At Pleasant Grove High School: Was part of teams that set new school records in the 4x400 relay and 4x100 relay. Was a team leader and carried a 3.0 grade point average throughout high school. Competed in track and field and football.

Personal: Son of Clydelho Frommoethelydo and Deborah Williams. Majoring in business management. Enjoys track, cars, traveling, piano and eating foreign foods. Lists playing in the San Joaquin Championships in football as a sophomore in high school and setting school records in both relays as his most exciting experiences in sports. Notes he loves his dog and pet snakes and is ready for his last year of track.
