Cal State LA Athletics

2020: Was returning from injury in his second year with the Golden Eagles when the season was halted in his final year with the program. Had best times of 49.59 in the 400 meters and 2:15.36 in the 800. For his career, had best marks of 11.04 in the 100, 21.46 in the 200 and 47.96 in the 400 and 2:15.36 in the 800.

2019: Had a tremendous first season for the Golden Eagles. Finished second in the California Collegiate Athletic Association as part of the 4x100 relay team and finished third in the 400 meters. Earned All-CCAA honors in both events. Also placed fifth in the 200. Earned All-West Region honors in the 200 and 4x100 relay.

At East Los Angeles College: Advanced to nationals in the 400 meters. Had a best mark of 48.56. Was the team Most Valuable Player and captain. Placed third at the California Community College championships.

At Harry S. Truman High School: Was the team captain and led the team to a pair of second-place finishes at the Bronx Borough Championships. Was the outdoor MVP in 2013.

Personal: Son of Herman Wilson. Majoring in political science. Enjoys working out, listening to music, running and drawing. Lists making it to the finals in anything as his most exciting experience in sports.
