Cal State LA Athletics

2011-12: Saw playing time once again for the Golden Eagles in his third and final year with the program. Appeared in six games and played a total of 17 minutes. Averaged 0.8 points and 0.8 rebounds per game. Scored a career-high five points and had a career-high three rebounds in a 103-41 win over American Sports University (11-12-11). Also had two rebounds in a 75-56 win over Cal State Monterey Bay (1-28-12). For his career, appeared in 23 games and played a total of 88 minutes. Averaged 0.5 points and 0.6 rebounds per game.

2010-11: Appeared in 13 games for the Golden Eagles as a sophomore. Had two points, one rebound and one steal at Sonoma State (2-23-11) and two points, one rebound and three assists against Pacifica College (11-20-10). Had a season-high two rebounds and one steal at Chico State (1-29-11).
 
2009-10: Appeared in four games for the Golden Eagles as a freshman. Made one of his two field-goal tries against West Coast Baptist (12-18-09). Grabbed one rebound against Cal State Stanislaus (2-25-10).
 
At Bellflower High School: Competed in basketball, football and volleyball. Was the Scholar-Athlete of the Year. Earned the Tri-Athlete Award and was second-team All-League.
 
Personal: Son of Sandra Smith. Majoring in psychology. Enjoys reading, watching ESPN and spending time with his family. Lists playing in his first playoff game during his junior year in high school and winning as his most exciting experience in sports.
