Cal State LA Athletics

2011-12: Made big contributions for the Golden Eagles in his one year with the program. Appeared in all 27 games and played a total of 296 minutes. Averaged 1.7 points and 1.8 rebounds per game. Had a season-high six points in a season-high 22 minutes in a 49-41 victory against UC San Diego (12-3-11). Made his Cal State L.A. debut and had a season-high nine rebounds and two points in a 103-41 win over American Sports University (11-12-11).

At Fresno City College: Named to the Central Valley Conference All-Defensive Team in back-to-back seasons. Averaged 7.8 points per game and was second on team with 2.1 steals per game. Team went 55-10 in his two seasons with the program.

At Hayward High School: Was the Most Improved Player. Competed in basketball and cross country.

Personal: Son of Zainab Nasir and Abdul Ra’oof. Majoring in business. Enjoys reading. Lists doing a windmill dunk in a game as his most exciting experience in sports.
