Summary

Biography

2009: Made a big impact for the Golden Eagles in her first year with the program. Appeared in all 22 games for Cal State L.A. and was a key reserve. Had a total of eight shots, including four on goal. Picked up an assist on a goal by Jasmin Stuemper against Academy of Art on Sept. 5. Earned California Collegiate Athletic Association All-Academic honors.
 
At Cosumnes River College: Earned the team’s academic excellence award for having the highest grade point average on the team. Was a Scholar Baller. Had six goals and six assists.
 
At Elk Grove High School: Competed in soccer and track and field. Was a scholar-athlete all four years in high school. Earned the outstanding scholar award on both soccer and track and field teams. Also earned the Link Crew Award and the Renaissance Award.
 
Personal: Daughter of Shirley Young. Majoring in communications and psychology. Enjoys reading, scrapbooking, taking pictures and dancing. Lists beating Santa Rosa during league and being one game away from making it to the Final Four at Cosumnes River College as her most exciting experiences in sports.
