2010: Had a third outstanding season for the Golden Eagles in her final year with the program. Had best marks of 12.58 in the 100 meters and 26.24 in the 200. Was part of the 4x100 relay team that finished second in the California Collegiate Athletic Association Championships and earned all-conference honors. Finished 13th in the conference in the 100 and 19th in the 200. Also competed well during the indoor season. Had best marks of 8.10 in the 60 and 26.88 in the 200. For her career, had best marks of 12.44 in the 100 and 25.94 din the 200 in outdoor track and 8.00 in the 60 and 26.15 in the 200 in indoor track. Finished her career tied for No. 9 all-time in the 60 and No. 10 all-time in the 4x400 relay in indoor track..

2009: Had a second solid season with the Golden Eagles as a sophomore in outdoor track and field. Had best times of 12.44 in the 100 and 26.51 in the 200. Had the ninth-fastest qualifying time in the 100 at the CCAA Championships.

2008: Enjoyed a successful first season with the Golden Eagles. Had best times of 12.74 in the 100 meters and 25.94 in the 200. Finished sixth in the California Collegiate Athletic Association in the 100 and 10^th in the 200. Also competed for Cal State L.A.’s indoor track team and had best times of 8.00 in the 60 and 26.15 in the 200.

At Channel Islands HS: Competed in track and field and basketball. Graduated in the top-10 percent of her class for academics with a 4.2 grade point average. Was the team Most Valuable Player for three years and a team captain for two years. Was also listed in the Who’s Who Among High School Students.

Personal: Daughter of George and Mary Vaughner. Majoring in fashion merchandising. Enjoys reading, writing, drawing, fashion, attending sporting events, shopping and going to church. Lists reaching her goal of 11.9 in the 100 meters as a senior in high school and having the fastest time in the league as her most exciting experience in sports.
