Cal State LA Athletics

2020: Competed well for Cal State LA’s outdoor track team in a shortened season. Had a best mark of 12:32.64 in the 3,000 meters.

2019: Competed in six events for Cal State LA’s cross country team in her first year with the program. Had a best time of 20:31.24 over 5,000 meters at the Coyote Challenge on Sept. 21 and 25:57.04 over 6,000 meters at the UC Riverside Invitational on Sept. 14.

At California High School: Earned the Most Outstanding Distance Runner Award from 2017-19 and varsity athletic awards in cross country and track from 2016-19. Earned All-Del Rio League certificate in 2017-18. Was on the school’s Honor Roll and was a health academy graduate. Also became CPR certified.

Personal: Daughter of Ramon Reynoso and Virginia Arredondo. Majoring in Kinesiology. Enjoys running, school, church and painting. Lists November 18, 2017 when California High School’s girls cross country team made history by qualifying for the CIF Finals. Says she was very thankful to be a part of that team. Notes her favorite races in track are the one-mile and two-mile.
