Cal State LA Athletics

2014: Had an outstanding season in his one year with the program. Finished second in the California Collegiate Athletic Association in the triple jump to earn all-conference honors. Also earned All-West Region honors in that event. Qualified for the NCAA Championships and finished 12th in the nation in the triple jump. Had best marks of 11.02 in the 100 meters, 20-00.75 in the long jump and 48-11.50 in the triple jump.

At St. Martin’s University: Won the 2013 Great Northwest Athletic Conference outdoor triple jump championship and was a three-time Red Lion Athlete of the Week. Earned All-GNAC honors in the outdoor triple jump and indoor 60. Earned All-West Region honors in the outdoor triple jump. Recorded the third-best jump in GNAC outdoor track and field history and established a new school record of 48-10.25. Placed third in the indoor 60 and earned All-GNAC honors. Ran a 6.97 to set a new school record in the 60 at the UW Indoor Preview. Was part of a 4x100 relay team that broke a school record with a time of 43.51 in 2012.

At Chief Sealth High School: Competed in basketball.

Personal: Son of Marcus Davis and Sherri Brown. Majoring in English/Television, Film and Media Studies.
