Summary

Biography

2012-13: Had a second outstanding season with the Golden Eagles in her final year with the program. Appeared in 17 games and started nine times. Played a total of 377 minutes. Averaged 7.4 points and 2.1 rebounds per game. Was third on the team in scoring and third in successful 3-pointers with 24. Set a new program single-game record with seven 3-pointers as part of a career-high 23 points in a 72-38 win over Point Loma (11-24-12). Also had 16 points in an 87-82 win at Cal State San Bernardino (12-1-12). Had a career-high nine rebounds in a 72-55 win over Fresno Pacific (11-23-12). Reached double figures in scoring five times. For her career, appeared in 46 games with 15 starts. Played a total of 884 minutes. Averaged 6.3 and 1.6 rebounds per game. Connected on 54 of her 3-point attempts.

2011-12: Had an impressive first season with the Golden Eagles. Appeared in 29 games and started six times. Averaged 5.6 points and 1.2 rebounds. Shared the team lead in 3-pointers made with 30. Had an outstanding debut for the Golden Eagles and poured in a season-high 16 points at Western Oregon (11-18-11) in a CCAA/GNAC Classic game. Reached double figures in scoring six times, including consecutive games against Cal State Stanislaus (2-18-12), at Cal Poly Pomona (2-22-12) and at San Francisco State (2-24-12). Also had nine points on three 3-pointers in CCAA Tournament first-round victory at Cal Poly Pomona (2-22-12). Made all four of her free-throws and scored six points in NCAA Tournament game against Alaska Anchorage (3-9-12).

At Fresno City College: Was the Most Valuable Player of the Central Valley Conference and helped her team to an undefeated conference championship. Knocked down 86 of her 3-point attempts and averaged 16.5 points per game. Team finished ranked fourth in the state and was ranked as high as No. 1 during the regular season. Earned first-team All-Conference honors as a freshman.

At Hanford High School:  Competed in basketball, volleyball and softball. Was a McDonald’s All-America nominee. Was part of a basketball team that won the 2009 Central Section Division II championship.

Personal: Daughter of Scott and Sheila Gibbons. Majoring in child development. Lists being beating UC San Diego in the CCAA Championship Tournament as her most exciting experience in sports.
