Cal State LA Athletics

2011: Had a solid debut for the Golden Eagle track program. Earned All-CCAA third-team honors as part of the 4x100 relay team that placed third in the conference. Also earned All-West Region honors as part of that team. Had best times of 11.00 in the 100 and 22.56 in the 200.
 
At Bishop Montgomery High School: Competed in basketball and track and field. Qualified for the CIF Southern Section Championships in both his junior and seniors years in the 4x100 relay. Reached the CIF Finals in the 4x100 relay as a junior. Received the school’s Distinguished Athlete of the Year award in track and field. Placed second in the 2010 South Bay Championships in the 100 and was second in the Del Rey League in the 4x100 relay in 2010.
 
Personal: Son of Tre Lewis and Carla Jamerson. Majoring in studio art. Enjoys drawing, writing and producing music. Lists the CIF finals in track in his junior year of high school as his most exciting experience in sports.
