TURLOCK -- Cal State L.A.'s women's tennis team ended its three-day, three-match road trip with a third straight loss.
The Golden Eagles picked up a singles win from
Marine Prevost, but that was it and fell to Cal State Stanislaus, 8-1, Saturday at the CSUS Tennis Courts. Cal State L.A. (3-7, 2-5 CCAA) lost to San Jose State, Sonoma State and Cal State Stanislaus (5-2, 3-2 CCAA) on its road trip.
Prevost was the lone bright spot for the Golden Eagles on Saturday as she battled back for a 4-6, 7-5 (10-4) victory over Brianna McClintock. Cal State L.A. lost the other five singles matches in straight sets.

Lana Lamesic put up the best battle in doubles before falling to McClintock and Vanessa Reibstein at No. 2 doubles.
Cal State L.A. will return to action on April 4 at conference-leading UC San Diego.
