Biography

2008-09: Had another solid season for the Golden Eagles in her third and final year with the program. Had a 5-10 record in singles, including a 2-9 mark in dual matches. Was 2-8 at No. 1 singles. Had a 5-8 record in doubles, including a 4-8 mark in dual matches. Went 4-7 at No. 1 doubles with Linda Majzlikova and Adriana Espinosa. Was one of two Cal State L.A. recipients of the 2008-09 Dr. Hal Charnofsky Memorial Award from the CCAA for academic and athletic accomplishments. For her career, had a 36-21 singles record, including a 25-17 mark in dual matches. Had a 32-20 record in doubles, including a 28-19 record in doubles. Recorded a total of 53 points in dual matches for the Golden Eagles in her career. Finished her career tied for No. 4 all-time in singles wins and No. 5 all-time in doubles wins. Combined total of 68 wins was No. 4 all-time.

2007-08: Had a successful season for the Golden Eagles and moved up in the singles lineup. Compiled a 12-7 overall record and was 8-5 in dual matches. Went 4-4 in California Collegiate Athletic Association matches. Played mostly at the No. 3 and No. 4 positions. Went 4-3 at No. 3 singles and 3-2 at No. 4 singles. Also compiled a 12-5 record at No. 1 doubles with Ioana Comsa. Team went 10-4 in dual matches and was 5-3 in conference competition. Earned CCAA All-Academic honors for a second year.

2006-07: Had an outstanding season for the Golden Eagles and was named the team’s Most Valuable Player. Compiled a 19-4 record in singles. Played mostly at the No. 6 singles spot. Dropped only one match in California Collegiate Athletic Association competition and earned first-team All-CCAA honors. Also had a 15-7 record in doubles with teammate Rona Miller. Played mostly at the No. 2 doubles slot. Earned CCAA All-Academic honors.

At University of North Florida: Competed at No. 6 singles and No. 3 doubles for the Division I women’s tennis program.

Personal: Daughter of Bozo Ducanovic and Kati Antunovic. Majoring in broadcast journalism. Enjoys snowboarding, traveling and reading.
