Summary

Biography

2008-09: Was in the starting lineup again for the Golden Eagles in her fourth and final season with the program. Had a record of 2-5 in singles, including a 1-3 mark in dual matches. Was 1-2 at No. 5 singles. Also had a 1-3 record in doubles, all in dual matches. Was 1-3 at No. 3 doubles with Adriana Espinosa. For her career, had a 13-22 record in singles, including an 11-13 mark in dual matches. Also had a 26-25 record in doubles, including a 21-19 record in dual matches. Recorded a total of 32 points in dual matches for the Golden Eagles in her career.

2007-08: Earned California Collegiate Athletic Association academic honors for a second time as a junior. Went 3-3 in singles play, including a 3-1 record at No. 6 singles. Also had a 10-6 record in doubles, including an 8-3 record with Isis Jackson. That duo picked up a huge 9-8 victory over Sonoma State at No. 3 doubles to help Golden Eagles post a 5-4 win in a conference match. Teamed with Jackson to pick up the lone point at UC San Diego with a win over the Tritons’ No. 3 team, 8-5. Recorded wins at No. 6 singles against Cal State San Bernardino, Grand Canyon and Biola.

2006-07: Earned California Collegiate Athletic Association All-Academic honors as a sophomore in 2006-07. Was 2-4 in singles competition. Was also 5-8 in doubles with Elena Pak and 3-1 in doubles with Michele Maduz. Went 5-6 in dual matches at No. 1 doubles with Pak.

2005-06: Was 6-10 in singles as a freshman, including a 5-6 mark in dual matches. Played at the No. 3-5 spots during the season. Also had a 7-7 record in doubles. Earned a CCAA Player of the Week award.

At Westchester High School: Earned first-team All-City honors in 2005 and second-team All-City honors as a junior. Was a Scholar-Athlete all four years.

Personal: Daughter of Caleb and Malikah Manasseh. Majoring in broadcast journalism. Enjoys reading and writing. Lists winning a big doubles match against UC San Diego in 2008 as her most exciting experience in sports.
