Cal State LA Athletics

2018: Competed well for the Golden Eagles in his one year with the program. Had best marks of 20-8.50 in the long jump and 40-4 in the triple jump.

At Mt. SAC: Was on the Dean’s List, the President’s List, received Academic Scholarships and earned an award for completing 120 hours of volunteer service. Was on a conference champion men’s team and received various relay medals.

At Covina High School: Earned All-Valle Vista League All-Academic honors in basketball and track. Was a league champion in the long and triple jumps. Also competed in football.

Personal: Son of Olga Benjamins. Majoring in TV & Film Media. Enjoys surfing, eating and sleeping. Lists raking the pit for the U.S. Olympic Gold Medalist, getting to travel with his teammates and sharing the experience of any track meet that comes down to a close 4x4 relay race as his most exciting experiences in sports.
