Biography

At Cerritos College: Had best times of 22.55 in the 200, 49.08 in the 400 and 2:03.81 in the 800 in 2022. Ran the third leg of the 400-meter relay team that finished sixth in the state championships. Also competed in cross country.

At Milford Mill Academy: Competed for three seasons in track and field. Had best marks of 22.11 in the 200, 35.65 in the 300 and 48.95 in the 400.

Personal: Son of Dorian Owens and Kiana Jones. Majoring in sociology. Enjoys hiking and going to concerts. Lists anchoring and winning his team’s heat in the 4x400 relay at the Penn Relays in high school as his most exciting experience in sports. Notes his favorite athlete is Gervonta Davis, his favorite movie is Friday Night Lights, his favorite fruit is Rambutan and his favorite TV show is The Boondocks.
