Cal State LA Athletics

2025: Had a promising second season with Cal State LA’s track and field team in the spring. Had best marks of 23.34 in the 200, 52.42 in the 400 and 57.37 in the 400 hurdles in outdoor track and 9.32 in the 60 hurdles in indoor track. Finished 15^th in the 400 hurdles at the California Collegiate Athletic Association Championships.
2024: Had a strong first season with Cal State LA’s track and field team. Had best marks of 2:07.26 in the 800, 16.63 in the 110 hurdles and 59.16 in the 400 hurdles. Finished 12^th in the 400 hurdles at the CCAA Championships.

2023: Was on Cal State LA’s cross country roster in the fall, but did not compete in any meets.

At Hamilton High School: Competed in basketball and track and field. Earned medals in track in regular-season meets and CIF Championships. Won the Western League championship in the 110 hurdles and was second in the 800. Finished fourth in the CIF-LA City Championships in the 110 hurdles and 10^th in the 800.

Personal: Son of Chris Pearson. Majoring in communications. Enjoys dancing, singing and acting. Lists winning as his most exciting experience in sports.
