Cal State LA Athletics

2009-10: Appeared in four games for the Golden Eagles in her final season with the program. Played a total of 53 minutes. Averaged 0.5 points and 1.0 rebound per game. Had two points and two assists at Cal State Dominguez Hills (11-18-09). Had two rebounds at San Diego Christian (11-21-09) and at Sonoma State (12-5-09). For her career, appeared in 23 games and started two games. Played a total of 290 minutes. Averaged 0.9 points and 1.0 rebound per game.

2008-09: Appeared in 19 games and started the final two games of the season. Scored a season-high six points and had two assists at UC San Diego (1-2-09). Grabbed a season-high four rebounds and had two assists in a win at Cal State San Bernardino (1-31-09). Played a season-high 32 minutes at Humboldt State (2-26-09) and had four points and a season-high three assists.

At West Ranch High School: Earned All-CIF honors and was her school’s Female Athlete of the Year. Was the team’s Offensive and Defensive Player of the Year as a sophomore, junior and senior. Earned leadership awards all four years and was the Most Valuable Player at the Golden Valley and Santa Paula Tournaments. Also earned academic honors all four years and was the team’s led the team in rebounding and steals.

Personal: Daughter of Bill and Lisa Jacobsen. Majoring in Kinesiology. Enjoys working out, hanging out with friends and basketball. Lists winning by two points in three overtimes against a rival team as her most exciting experience in sports. Would like to thank her parents for supporting her in everything she’s done.
