At Cal State L.A.: Had a best time of 4:15 in the 1,500 meters at the Occidental Invitational.
 
At Long Beach Wilson High School: Ran the 1,600 meters in 4:38 and the 800 meters in 1:59. Graduated with honors and six A.P. classes.
 
Personal: Son of Chuck and Laura Brewer. Majoring in fire science. Enjoys sailing and surfing. Lists “taking ugly team photos” as his most exciting experiences in sports.
