2008-09: Made contributions for the Golden Eagles in his one year with the program. Appeared in 12 games and played a total of 52 minutes. Averaged 1.2 points and 1.3 rebounds per game. Had a season-high six points and four rebounds in a 96-55 win over Academy of Art (12-26-08). Had four points and a season-high five rebounds in a 70-59 win over Sonoma State (1-23-09). Made his Cal State L.A. debut at Grand Canyon (11-22-08).

At L.A. Harbor College: Earned All-South Coast Conference honorable mention after averaging 18.4 points and 8.9 rebounds per game. Also listed as one of the top 100 players in California by JC Hoops.com. Earned the team award for best rebounder.

At Carson High School: Earned second-team All-Marine League and third-team All-L.A. City honors.

Personal: Son of Charles and Donna Jenkins. Majoring in electrical engineering. Enjoys movies, sports and watching ESPN. Lists hitting the game-winning shot in a high school game and having a 26-point, 19-rebound game at L.A. Harbor while participating in an All-Star game at Staples Center as his most exciting experiences in sports.
