2008-09: Made big contributions for the Golden Eagles in his one year with the program. Appeared in 26 games and started 21 times. Played a total of 691 minutes. Averaged 9.0 points and 2.4 rebounds per game. Was fifth on the team in scoring and second in assists with 63. Had a season-high 19 points , four rebounds and three assists against Chico State (2-20-09). Had 18 points and five assists at UC San Diego (1-2-09). Had 13 points and a season-high seven rebounds in an 89-80 win over Cal State Dominguez Hills (12-31-08). Had 10 points and a season-high six assists in a 77-66 win over the University of La Verne (12-20-08). Reached double figures in scoring 13 times.

At Long Beach State: Played for three seasons for the 49ers and appeared in 51 games. Appeared in nine games and started four times last season. Averaged 7.4 points. 2.1 assists and 1.9 rebounds per game. Had a career-high 15 points in an early-season game at Washington. Appeared in 26 games in 2006-07 and averaged 1.9 points and 1.3 rebounds per game. Shot 84 percent from the free-throw line. Had a season-high six points against Air Force. Appeared in 16 games as a true freshman in 2005-06. Averaged 1.3 points and 0.7 assists per game. Had a season-high 10 points against San Francisco State.

At Pasadena High School: Lettered for four years. Averaged 16 points, seven assists and four rebounds per game as a senior and led a team that won the Pacific League championship. Earned All-League honors twice and was the team’s Most Valuable Player. Team reached the CIF championship game and had a state ranking of No. 10.

Personal: Son of Tina Johnson. Majoring in business management. Enjoys shopping, playing video games, hanging out and having fun. Lists going to the NCAA Tournament as a sophomore at Long Beach State as his most exciting experience in sports.
