Biography

At Gardena High School: Competed in basketball and track and field in high school. Was the varsity team captain. Was on the school’s Honor Roll. Earned the Cal National Bank Scholarship, COBA Scholarship, Friedman Scholarship and won the Peer Counselor Award.
 
Personal: Daughter of Marcel and Theresa Njoku. Majoring in psychology and political science. Enjoys basketball, reading, writing, volunteering, buying shoes, scrapbooks, research and making jewelry. Lists playing travel ball for the first time in her junior year as her most exciting experience in sports.
