Biography

2022: Had a sensational sophomore season for the Golden Eagles in her final year with the program. Was named the California Collegiate Athletic Association Goalkeeper of the Year in voting by the conference coaches. Earned first-team All-Region honors from the United Soccer Coaches and second-team All-Region honors from the D2 Conference Commissioners Association. Earned first-team All-CCAA honors and was named to the CCAA All-Tournament Team. Had an 11-3-6 record and a goals against average of 0.62. Made 54 saves and had a save percentage of .818. Led the CCAA and was third in the nation with 13 shutouts. Set a new program single-season record in shutouts and tied for the fourth-best single-season goals against average. Made a career-high nine saves in a 2-1 win over Sonoma State on Oct. 14. Had seven saves in a 2-0 shutout win over Cal Poly Pomona on Oct. 30 in the first round of the CCAA Tournament. Did not allow a goal in three tournament games. Made three saves in a 1-0 win over Stanislaus State on Nov. 4 in the semifinals and two saves in a 1-0 win over host Sonoma State in the championship match. Earned CCAA Player of the Week honors for the week of Aug. 25-28 after making three saves in a 1-0 season-opening win over Cal Poly Pomona on Aug. 27. Earned 2022-23 CCAA All-Academic honors and received 2022 CCAA Academic Fall Honor Roll recognition. For her career, had a 16-7-8 record with 13 shutouts and a goals against average of 0.78. Made 104 saves and had a save percentage of .813. Played a total of 2,779 minutes. Finished her career No. 3 all-time in goals against average, tied for No. 5 in shutouts, No. 6 in wins and No. 7 in save percentage.

2021: Had an outstanding season for the Golden Eagles in her first year with the program. Appeared in 17 games with 13 starts. Played a total of 1,024 minutes. Had a goals against average of 1.05. Made 50 saves and had a save percentage of .806. Had a record of 5-4-2 with four combined shutouts. Made her first appearance and first start in a 1-1 tie at Concordia on Sept. 4. Made one save. Got her first win in a 2-1 decision over Stanislaus State on Oct. 10. Made three saves and played all 90 minutes. Had a part in four combined shutouts. Started and played the first half in a 0-0 tie at San Francisco State on Oct. 1. Played the second half and made two saves in a 1-0 win over Cal State San Marcos on Oct. 14. Got the start and made three saves in the first half of a 1-0 win at Cal State San Bernardino on Oct. 17. Made two saves in the second half of a 1-0 win over Humboldt State on Oct. 31. Made a season-high seven saves while playing the first half of a 3-1 win at Cal State Dominguez Hills Oct. 22.

At Mission Hills High School: Competed in soccer.

Personal: Daughter of Jesus Reyes and Araceli Masannat. Is an undeclared major. Enjoys soccer, football, skateboarding, hanging out with friends and listening to music. Lists representing Mexico and being able to play with the women’s national team as her most exciting experience in sports.
