Biography

2018: Had a strong season for the Golden Eagles in her one year with the program. Had best marks of 14.37 in the 100 meters, 29.86 in the 200, 14-9.25 in the long jump and 34-11.75 in the shot put. Finished 16th in the shot put in the California Collegiate Athletic Association Championships.

At San Joaquin Delta College: Was the Freshman Athlete of the Year, Mustang of the Year and Big 8 Conference champion in the 100 hurdles.

At Ronald E. McNair High School: Was a cheerleader in high school.

Personal: Daughter of Anthony and Brandy Newson-Henry. Majoring in theatre arts and dance. Enjoys singing, dancing and coaching cheerleading. Lists winning the 100 hurdles championship in her first year at the Big 8 Conference Championships.
