Cal State LA Athletics

2007-08: Saw some playing time for the Golden Eagles in her one year with the program. Appeared in 11 games and played a total of 53 minutes. Averaged 0.5 points and 0.8 rebounds per game. Had a season-high two points and two rebounds in an 84-56 victory against Cal State Stanislaus (1-25-08). Also had two points against Chico State (1-26-08). Made her Cal State L.A. debut at California Baptist (11-23-07).

At North Hollywood HS: Earned first-team Sunset Six League honors.

Personal: Daughter of Enrico and Cresenciana Escobar. Majoring in Kinesiology – Rehab. Enjoys hanging out with her brother and cousins and laying in bed watching television and movies. Lists beating Grant in their gym and having a double-double as a senior, winning the tournament MVP award at East Vancouver Basketball League in Canada, going to Hawaii with the senior team during her sophomore year and going to Seattle to play in an all-star tournament as her most exciting experiences in sports.
