Cal State LA Athletics

2016: Played well for the Golden Eagles in his one year with the program. Appeared in six games with one start before his season was cut short due to injury. Played a total of 183 minutes. Had two goals and one assist for five points. Had two goals and one assist in 43 minutes of a 6-2 win over Saint Martin's in his Cal State LA debut on Sept. 1. Made his first start and played a season-high 44 minutes in a 0-0 tie at Concordia-Irvine. Made his final appearance and played 23 minutes before a season-ending injury in a 1-0 at Chico State on Oct. 7. 

At Norwegian School of Sport Sciences: Was a captain for the state and county team.

At Jessheim VGS: Competed in soccer.

Personal: Son of Samet and Liv Rognstad. Majoring in Kinesiology. Enjoys music, sports and socializing with friends and family. Lists being captain for his state and county team and winning the junior elite championship with Lillestrom SK as his most exciting experiences in sports.
