Cal State LA Athletics

2018: Competed well again for the Golden Eagles in her third and final year with the program. Finished 10th in the California Collegiate Athletic Association in the heptathlon. Also finished 15th in the triple jump. Had a best mark of 3,700 points in the heptathlon. Had best marks of 27.73 in the 200, 2:36.13 in the 800, 16.60 in the 100 hurdles, 4-10.50 in the high jump, 16-1 in the long jump, 35-6 in the triple jump, 28-7.75 in the shot put and 75-9 in the javelin. For her career, had best marks of 27.06 in the 200, 2:30.21 in the 800, 16.37 in the 100 hurdles, 4-10.50 in the high jump, 17-4.25 in the long jump, 37-3.75 in the triple jump, 28-11.75 in the shot put and 77-10 in the javelin. Finished her career No. 10 all-time in the heptathlon.

2016: Had great success in her second year with Cal State LA’s track and field program. Finished seventh in the California Collegiate Athletic Association in the heptathlon with a new personal best of 3,948 points. Mark is No. 10 all-time on Cal State LA’s career list. Had best marks in the 27.06 in the 200, 2:30.21 in the 800, 16.37 in the 100 hurdles, 4-8.75 in the high jump, 17-4.25 in the long jump, 37-3.75 in the triple jump, 28-11.75 in the shot put and 77-10 in the javelin. Also competed for the Golden Eagles in indoor track and field and had best marks of 60.77 in the 400, 16-10.75 in the long jump and 36-8.25 in the triple jump. Competed in five races for the cross country program in the fall. Finished 117^th in the CCAA Championships with a time of 29:20.7 over 6,000 meters.

2015: Did well in her first year with Cal State LA’s track and field program. Finished ninth in the CCAA in the heptathlon. Had the team’s best marks in the heptathlon (3,131 points), triple jump (35-10) and long jump (16-7.25). Also had the team’s best 100 hurdles time (18.98). Competed for the Golden Eagles in indoor track and field and had best marks of 15-6.75 in the long jump and 33-5.75 in the triple jump. Competed in five races for the Golden Eagles in cross country in the fall. Finished 110^th in the CCAA Championships with a time of 26:29.3 over 6,000 meters and 185^th in the NCAA Division II West Regionals with a time of 26:48.4 over a 6,000-meter course.

At Eagle Rock High School: Was the team Most Valuable Player all four years and was a CIF champion in the pole vault. Earned a scholar-athlete award. Competed in cross country, soccer and track and field.

Personal: Daughter of Xavier Roncalli and Susan Ward-Roncalli. Majoring in public health. Enjoys rock climbing and gymnastics. Lists competing at the Penn Relays as her most exciting experience in sports.
