Cal State LA Athletics

2012: Had an outstanding season for the Golden Eagles in his second and final year with the program. Appeared and started in all 20 games and played a total of 1,925 minutes. Earned All-California Collegiate Athletic Association honorable mention. Had one assist for one point. Had an assist on a game-opening goal by Halil Tozar in a 3-2 win at Cal Poly Pomona on Oct. 28. For his career, appeared in 43 games with 38 starts. Played a total of 3,876 minutes. Had one goal and one assists for three points.

2011: Made a big impact for the Golden Eagles in his first year with the program. Appeared in 23 games and made 18 starts and helped strengthen one of the nation’s top defenses. Started the final 17 games of the season. Scored a goal in the 22^nd minute of a 5-1 win at Humboldt State on Oct. 9.

At L.A. Mission College: Earned first-team All-Conference honors.

At Sylmar High School: Competed in soccer.

Personal: Son of Julian Lopez and Elena Uribe. Majoring in business accounting. Enjoys movies, hunting, the beach and relaxing. Lists winning the CCAA and NCAA West Region championships and advancing to the national quarterfinals as his most exciting experiences in sports.
