Cal State LA Athletics

2011: Had a second strong season for the Golden Eagles in her final year year with the program. Appeared in all 27 matches for a second season in a row and a total of 97 sets. Was third on the team in digs with 204. Also had 10 service aces. Had a season-high 15 digs in a four-set match against Cal Poly Pomona on Sept. 30. Also had 14 digs in a five-set season-opening match against Western Washington on Sept. 2. Had 14 digs in a three-set match at Cal State San Bernardino on Oct. 22. Reached double figures in digs eight times. For her career, appeared in 54 matches and 201 sets. Had 414 digs and 22 service aces.

2010: Made an immediate impact for the Golden Eagles in her first year with the program. Appeared in all 27 matches and all 104 sets. Was third on the team in digs with 210 and also recorded 12 service aces to rank sixth in that department. Reached double figures in digs 10 times. Had a season-high 18 digs against San Francisco State on Oct. 29. Also had 17 digs against UC San Diego on Nov. 6. Had eight services aces during the Cal State L.A. Tournament, including a season-high four in a three-set win against Northwood on Sept. 2 and three against Dixie State on Sept. 4.

At Golden West College: Was on a team that was a state runner-up in 2007.

At Douglas High School: Team won conference championships in 2005 and 2006 and was a state runner-up in Nevada in 2005. Team won regional championships in 2005 and 2006.

Personal: Daughter of Ted and Janet Duzan and Ed Risko. Majoring in Political Science. Enjoys the beach, surfing and camping. Lists beating Orange Coast College in four sets at Orange Coast College as her most exciting experience in sports.
