LOS ANGELES – Cal State LA's baseball team will host its annual alumni day next Saturday, Jan. 28, at Reeder Field with a pair of games for former Golden Eagles and Diablos.
 
A three-inning contest between a pair of "old-timers" teams will begin at noon with a five-inning game between the "young-timers" and 2023 Cal State LA team following.
 
Festivities will begin at 10 a.m. with batting practice that will conclude at 11:30 a.m.
 
Food will be provided for alumni both during and after the games.

The Golden Eagles will open their 2023 regular season with a non-conference game against Providence Christian on Thursday, Feb. 2 at 6 p.m. The Golden Eagles will also host Master's University in a doubleheader on Friday, Feb. 3, beginning at 2 p.m. Cal State LA will play its first 13 games at home, including a four-game California Collegiate Athletic Association series against Cal State San Bernardino beginning on Friday, Feb. 24 at 6 p.m.
