HAYWARD -- Cal State LA's baseball team had its California Collegiate Athletic Association series finale at Cal State East Bay cancelled by rain. It will not be rescheduled.
The Golden Eagles lost the first two games of the series to the Pioneers on Saturday.
This is the second conference game the Golden Eagles have had rained out. Earlier, Cal State LA had a game at Stanislaus State cancelled by weather.
Cal State LA will return to action on Saturday with the beginning of a three-game series at home against Cal State Monterey Bay. The two teams will meet in a doubleheader on Saturday beginning at 1 p.m. and the series will conclude with a single game on Sunday at 11 a.m.
