SAN BERNARDINO -- Cal State L.A.'s women's tennis team shook things up a bit for Thursday's California Collegiate Athletic Association match against Cal State San Bernardino.

With a revised order in both singles and doubles, the Golden Eagles won all three doubles contests and five of the six singles matches in an 8-1 win over the Coyotes Thursday in San Bernardino. Cal State L.A. (8-9, 3-6 CCAA) beat the Coyotes (3-10, 0-10 CCAA) for the second time this season and also snapped a three-match losing streak.

Dora Kiss won her eighth consecutive match at No. 1 singles by beating Brittany Choate, 6-1, 6-3. Jillian Sangria moved up to No. 2 singles and defeated Janay Palicte, 6-0, 6-1 and Linda Majzlikova, playing at No. 3 singles, beat Christina Torres, 1-6, 6-0, 6-3.

Adriana Espinosa beat Allison Brooks at No. 5 singles, 4-6, 6-3, (10-7) and Marine Prevost beat Kara Jenkins at No. 6 singles, 6-2, 6-0.

In doubles, Sangria and Espinosa moved up to the No. 1 slot and beat Brooks and Fraczek, 8-5. Kiss and Majzlikova moved to No. 2 doubles and prevailed over Palicte and Torres, 8-5 and Prevost and Lana Lamesic won at No. 3 doubles over Choate and Jenkins, 8-1.

Cal State L.A. will conclude its regular season with a home match against Cal State Stanislaus on Friday at 11 a.m. Seniors Kiss, Espinosa and Lamesic will be honored.
