Cal State LA Athletics

2012: Had another strong season and concluded her outstanding four-year Cal State LA career. Appeared in 19 matches and 39 sets. Had 66 digs, 12 assists and two aces. Had a career-high 19 digs against Western Washington on Aug. 30. Had a career-high five assists and added 12 digs against Humboldt State on Nov. 9. For her career, appeared in 63 matches and 128 sets. Had 138 digs, seven aces, 19 assists and one kill.
 
2011: Contributed for a third straight season for the Golden Eagles. Appeared in eight matches and 14 sets. Had a total of 16 digs. Reached a season high with four digs in matches at Cal State East Bay on Sept. 9 and at Cal State San Bernardino on Oct. 22. Earned a California Collegiate Athletic Association All-Academic Award.
 
2010: Had a second straight solid season for the Golden Eagles as a sophomore. Appeared in 23 matches and 47 sets. Had 40 digs, four set assists and five service aces. Recorded a season-high three aces and five digs against Dixie State on Sept. 4. Had a total of five aces in three matches during the Cal State L.A. Tournament. Had a season-high seven digs in a four-set win at Sonoma State on Nov. 11.
 
2009: Stepped right in and contributed for the Golden Eagles as a freshman. Appeared in 13 matches and 28 sets. Had 16 digs, three set assists and one kill. Had a season-high five digs against Saginaw Valley State on Sept. 5 and had four digs against Cal State East Bay on Sept. 19. Made her Cal State L.A. debut against Alaska Anchorage on Sept. 4 and had two digs and one set assist.
 
At Coastal Christian School: Earned second-team All-League honors and the Coach’s Award. Competed in volleyball and basketball.
 
Personal: Daughter of Greg and Julie Carroll. Majoring in art. Enjoys wakeboarding, wakesurfing, hiking, biking, swimming and photography. Lists playing basketball for one year as her most exciting experience in sports and said she had no idea what she was doing.
