Cal State LA Athletics

2020: Competed in a pair of matches at No. 3 pairs for Cal State LA’s beach volleyball team in the spring before the season was halted.

2019: Joined Cal State LA’s indoor volleyball program in the fall. Competed in six matches and in a total of eight sets. Had one kill and one dig in a California Collegiate Athletic Association Tournament win against Sonoma State on Nov. 22.

At Redondo Beach: Was part of a Bay League championship team during her sophomore through senior years in high school. During both her junior and senior years, team played in the semi-finals for the state championship. Also won the Lakewood Tournament during her senior year and team was runner-up in the Nike Durango Tournament in Nevada during her junior and senior seasons.

Personal: Daughter of Kevin and Latoya Morris. Majoring in exercise science. Enjoys volleyball, working out and spending time with family and friends. Lists placing third at the Junior Olympics with the Sunshine Volleyball Club in 2017-18, then finishing runner-up in the JVA in Long Beach and claiming gold in their division at the Junior Olympics in Dallas in 2018-19 as her most exciting experiences in sports. Notes she is grateful and appreciative to her parents, Kevin and Latoya Morris, and her little brother, Gavin. Says they have been the ultimate support team. Also says she is grateful for her friends, coaches and personal trainer for their roles in her life path.
