Cal State LA Athletics

2020: Earned 2020-21 California Collegiate Athletic Association All-Academic honors and also received 2020 CCAA Fall Academic Honor Roll recognition in her final year with the program. Team did not compete due to COVID-19.

2019: Had an outstanding first season with the Golden Eagles that was cut short due to injury. Played in 21 matches and a total of 77 sets. Was second on the team with 461 set assists. Also had 105 digs, 11 kills and five service aces. Reached double digits in assists in all 21 matches she played in. Had a season-high 49 assists and nine digs in a five-set match at Tarleton State on Sept. 6. Had 34 assists and eight digs in a five-set win at Cal State Monterey Bay on Sept. 28. Had 30 set assists in a five-set win over Cal Poly Pomona on Nov. 2 in her final match of the season. Received 2019-20 CCAA All-Academic honors and was also part of the CCAA 2019 Fall All-Academic Team.

At Indian Hills Community College: Had nearly 1,400 assists and averaged 7.39 assists per set in her two years with the program.

At Colegio Max: Competed in volleyball.

Personal: Daughter of Cristiane Silva Telles Maeda. Majoring in nutritional science. Enjoys watching movies and listening to music. Lists her freshman year at junior college as her most exciting experience in sports.
