Cal State LA Athletics

2019-20: Battled through early-season injury and contributed once again with the Golden Eagles to conclude her successful four-year Cal State LA career. Appeared in 11 games and played a total of 73 minutes. Averaged 3.3 points and 1.6 rebounds per game. Poured in a season-high 18 points and grabbed six rebounds in the Golden Eagles’ season-ending 99-46 win over San Francisco State (2-29-20). Received 2019-20 California Collegiate Athletic Association All-Academic honors and was also part of the CCAA 2019-20 Winter All-Academic Team. For her career, appeared in 88 games with 29 starts. Played a total of 1,138 minutes. Averaged 4.1 points and 3.2 rebounds per game.

2018-19: Had a third strong season with the Golden Eagles and was one of the team’s mainstays. Appeared in 23 games and averaged 1.5 points and 1.7 rebounds per game. Had a season-high eight points and four rebounds in 14 minutes against Cal State San Bernardino (1-17-19). Recorded a season-high five rebounds in a win against Chico State (2-21-19). Earned 2018-19 CCAA All-Academic honors as well as 2018-19 CCAA Winter All-Academic recognition.

2017-18: Showed great improvement in her second season with the program. Started all 29 games for the Golden Eagles and averaged 8.0 points and 5.9 rebounds per game. Was third on the team in scoring and second on the team in rebounding. Led the team in blocks with 34. Scored a career-high 19 points in two games, once against California Baptist (11-25-17) and the other at Chico State (12-29-17) when she also equaled a career high in rebounds with 13. Also had 18 points against Cal State Dominguez Hills (1-6-18). Reached double figures in scoring 10 times and had three double-doubles. Earned CCAA All-Academic honors for a second straight year and also received 2017-18 CCAA Winter All-Academic recognition.

2016-17: Had an impressive first season with the Golden Eagles. Appeared in 25 games and played a total of 208 minutes. Shot 52 percent from the floor. Averaged 2.5 points and 2.3 rebounds per game. Had a season-high 16 points on 7-of-10 shooting in a win over UC San Diego (2-11-17).Had a season-high nine rebounds to go along with nine points at Cal State Dominguez Hills (1-28-17). Earned CCAA All-Academic honors.

At Bella Vista High School: Earned Capital Valley All-Conference honors in 15-16 and was the team Most Valuable Player. Also earned the All-City honorable mention from the Sacramento Bee. Received All-Conference honorable mention honors in 2014-15. Was the junior varsity Most Valuable Player in 2013-14. Was a Scholar-Athlete in 2013-14, 2014-15 and 2015-16.

Personal: Daughter of Rick and Barbara DiRegolo. Majoring in nursing. Enjoys camping, hiking and skiing. Lists traveling with her team to competitions as her most exciting experience in sports. Twin sister Rachael is also on Cal State LA’s team.
