Cal State LA Athletics

2014-15: Joined the tennis team after a sensational soccer career with the Golden Eagles and contributed in her one year with the program. Won her only match at No. 6 singles.

2014: Earned All-America honors and helped Cal State L.A.’s women’s soccer team win CCAA regular-season and tournament titles. Led the team in scoring with 14 goals, four assists and 32 points. Earned third-team All-America honors from the NSCAA and honorable mention All-America recognition from Daktronics. Was named the CCAA Championship Tournament’s Most Valuable Offensive Player after scoring three goals in a 3-0 win over Sonoma State in the semi-finals.

2013: Led the Golden Eagles in scoring in her first year with the program. Earned first-team All-CCAA, first-team NSCAA All-West Region and second-team Daktronics All-West Region honors. Had 10 goals and three assists for 23 points. Finished her Cal State L.A. soccer career with 24 goals, which is tied for third on the program’s career list and 55 points, which is tied for fourth.

At UNC Pembroke: Enjoyed a record-breaking season in soccer for the Braves in 2012. Earned first-team All-Southeast Region honors and second-team Peach Belt Conference accolades. Led her team with 13 goals and set a program record with 11 assists. She was second in the conference in goals and points (37) and led the conference in assists. Shared the team lead with 19 points as a freshman after scoring a team-high eight goals and adding three assists. In her two years with the program, recorded 21 goals and 14 assists for 56 points.

At Katrinelunds Gymnasiet: Competed in soccer for Division I club team Holmalund during the summer. Also played tennis for seven years for Sandareds TK, Sweden.

Personal: Daughter of Gert Arvidsson and Marie Sandell. Majoring in business management. Enjoys family, friends and sports. Lists playing soccer in the United States as her most exciting experience in sports.
