Biography

2014-15: Was a main contributor for the Golden Eagles in her one year with the program. Had a 13-9 overall record in singles, including a 9-8 mark in dual matches. Had a 7-3 record at No. 5 singles. Also had a 9-14 record in doubles, including a 9-10 mark in dual matches. Had a 3-3 record with Nozomi Matsuoka at No. 1 and No. 2 doubles. Recorded a total of 18 points in dual matches.

At King City Secondary School: Was a doubles champion for Team Ontario at nationals and was in the top-6 at Canadian Junior Nationals. Was also a Canadian Provincial finalist for singles and doubles.

Personal: Daughter of Dmitri Makashov and Natalia Yanovsky. Majoring in liberal studies. Enjoys music and going out with friends.
