Biography

2013-14: Had a second outstanding season for the Golden Eagles in his final year with the program. Appeared in 27 games with 24 starts. Played a total of 855 minutes. Averaged 13.9 points and 5.6 rebounds per game. Was second on the team in scoring and led the team in rebounding. Earned second-team All-California Collegiate Athletic Association honors. Had a career-high 35 points and six rebounds in a 78-74 win at Cal State East Bay (12-7-13). Also had 26 points and 11 rebounds in a season-opening 96-77 win at Pacific Union College (11-9-13). Had 24 points and 11 rebounds in a 74-70 win over Humboldt State (1-18-14). Had 16 points, a career-high 12 rebounds and a season-high five assists in a 78-71 win over San Francisco State (1-3-14). Reached double figures in scoring 20 times and scored 20 or more points six times. Had four double-doubles. For his career, appeared in 54 games with 50 starts. Played a total of 1,755 minutes. Averaged 14.1 points and 5.4 rebounds per game.

2012-13: Led the team in scoring and earned first-team All-CCAA honors. Averaged 14.2 points, 5.1 rebounds and 1.5 assists per game. Had a season-high 23 points at California Baptist (11-24-12) and had 21 points in a win over Humboldt State (1-25-13). Had a 20-point, 11-rebound double-double against Cal State San Bernardino (2-1-13). Reached double digits in scoring in 21 of 27 games and scored 20 or more points six times.

At Cosumnes River Junior College: Earned first-team All-Conference honors. Was second on the team in scoring with 13.8 points per game and fourth on the team in rebounding. Led the team in blocked shots with 31.

At Pioneer High School: Competed in football, basketball, track and field and volleyball. Was the team’s Most Valuable Player in football and earned All-League honors twice. Was also the team’s MVP in basketball and earned All-State honors once and All-League honors twice. Also received All-League honors in track and field.

Personal: Son of James Tillman and LaQuise Colbert. Majoring in Kinesiology. Enjoys video games. Lists making it on Sports Center as his most exciting experience in sports. Has two brothers, Jaden Reed and Javon Tillman.
