Cal State LA Athletics

2013: Had a tremendous season for the Golden Eagles in his second and final year with the program. Started all 21 games and played a total of 2,012 minutes. That total led the team. Earned second-team All-California Collegiate Athletic Association honors. For his career, appeared in 33 games with 30 starts. Played a total of 3,101 minutes. 
 
2012: Made important contributions in his first season with the program. Appeared in 12 games and started nine times, including the final eight games of the season. Played a total of 1,089 minutes. Was an important part of the team’s defense down the stretch. Played all 220 minutes in NCAA playoff games against Seattle Pacific and Grand Canyon.

At Santa Rosa Junior College: Earned first-team All-Conference honors and was nominated for All-America recognition. Was also the team captain and team Most Valuable Player.

At Santa Rosa High School: Earned second-team All-League honors.

Personal: Son of Rene Reyes and Maria Perez. Majoring in communications/public relations. Enjoys sleeping. Lists the 2012 soccer season at Cal State L.A. as his most exciting experience in sports.
