Cal State LA Athletics

2011: Had an outstanding second season for the Golden Eagles in his final year with the program. Earned All-California Collegiate Athletic Association honors after finishing third as part of Cal State L.A.'s 4x400 relay team. Also placed sixth in the conference in the 400 hurdles and high jump and seventh in the 110 high hurdles. Had best marks of 2:00.05 in the 800, 16.05 in the 110 hurdles, 55.01 in the 400 hurdles and 6-0 in the high jump.

2010: Had a solid first season for the Golden Eagles. Finished fourth in the CCAA in the 400 hurdles with a season’s best time of 55.55. Also finished 10^th in the conference in the 110 hurdles. Had the team’s best mark in the 400 hurdles (55.55) and was second on the team in the 110 hurdles (16.22).

At Chaffey College: Competed in the hurdles for the Panthers.

At Etiwanda High School: Competed in football and track and field in high school.

Personal: Son of Mark and Maria Malone. Majoring in criminal justice. Enjoys basketball. Lists traveling as his most exciting experience in sports.
