Cal State LA Athletics

2019: Completed an outstanding career at Cal State LA after her most impressive season. Appeared in all 18 games and started seven times. Played a career-high 806 minutes. Made her first career start in a 1-0 win over Concordia-Irvine on Sept. 9. Started in three of the final four games of the season, including Cal State LA’s two NCAA playoff games. Earned a California Collegiate Athletic Association Fall All-Academic Award. For her career, appeared in 38 games and started seven times. Played a total of 1,187 minutes. Had one assist and a total of one point.

2018: Had another strong season in her second year with the Golden Eagles. Appeared in 12 games and played a total of 184 minutes. Earned a 2018-19 California Collegiate Athletic Association All-Academic Award and a CCAA Fall Academic Award.

2017: Saw some playing time in her first year with the program. Appeared in eight games and played a total of 197 minutes. Picked up one assist and it came in her Cal State LA debut in a 1-0 win over Azusa Pacific on Aug. 31. Got the assist on the only goal of the game by Paulina Chaidez in the 75^th minute. Earned a CCAA All-Academic Award.

At University of Hawaii: Earned Big West Conference Highest Academic Honors twice. Appeared in seven games as a freshman in 2015 and played a season-high 23 minutes against Cal State Fullerton on Oct. 11. Did not compete in any games in 2016.

At Serrano High School: Earned All-League, All-CIF and All-Country honors three times and was on a team that won four straight league titles with undefeated records. Was a captain for two seasons.

Personal: Daughter of Bob and Stacy Gleason. Majoring in biology. Enjoys theater, spending time with family, hiking, reading and crocheting. Lists making it to the CIF final in her junior year of high school with her older sister as her most exciting experience in sports. Notes she loves her family and her teammates and says she is so grateful for the opportunity she has to play at Cal State LA. Has two sisters, Kellsie and Kassidy.
