Biography

At Oxnard College: Competed in the state championships in cross country. Finished third in the state meet in the 5,000 and 10,000 in track and field. Earned first-team All-Conference honors in cross country and the team finished 11th in the state.
 
At Oxnard High School: Competed in cross country and track and field.
 
Personal: Daughter of Jorge and Cecilia Ruizvelasco. Majoring in child development. Enjoys running.
