Biography

At Vanguard University: Played in the singles and doubles lineup for the Lions. Played primarily at No. 4 or No. 5 singles. Earned the NAIA championship of character award in tennis. Was a member of the Phi Theta Kappa honor society and the school’s honor roll.
At College of the Desert: Was one of the top junior college players in 2008 with her only loss coming to the eventual state champion.
At Col’gio Atenes High School: Competed in tennis, volleyball, soccer and handball.
Personal: Daughter of Fernando and Elizabete Xavier. Majoring in international business. Enjoys surfing, going to the movies, hanging out with friends, going to the gym, surfing the internet and running. Lists winning her first tournament as her most exciting experience in sports.
